My Child's Journal

The purpose of the journal is to provide parents with the opportunity to reflect on their children as they develop. It provides easy to read access information about Touchpoints and anticipatory guidance from the seventh month of pregnancy through the third year of life. It also provides a communication tool for agencies and providers who interact with families on a regular basis. For the first year, is available not only to women in the seventh month of pregnancy, but also to families with children who are six months and younger who live in Talbot County. It is distributed through the OB clinics, Health Department, Pediatricians, Family Physicians, Family Support Centers, or any other agencies that have ongoing interactions with families. The journal is reversible with both English and Spanish.
