Insights into Bullying

Frank Kros will be speaking on the detrimental effects of bullying on children's lives, Tuesday, September 14, 6:30 PM, at the Easton High School Auditorium.

A topic that is a concern to communities across the country, Dr. Kros will explore bullying and the Role of the Internet, Characteristics, Steps to Change Behaviors and Prevention. Q & A to follow.

About the Speaker: Frank Kros is a career child advocate, who has served as a childcare worker, child abuse investigator, children’s home administrator, consultant, college professor, attorney, writer and speaker. Certified in applied educational neuroscience, Frank Kros currently serves as president of The Upside Down Organization and executive vice president of The Children’s Guild, the largest private provider of special education services in Maryland.
